Margaret has over 20 years of professional expertise in sales, marketing, public relations  in the dental industry, new product development, hospitality and gastronomy industries. She is best known for her success in taking new products from conception to a multi-million dollar company, and the ability to obtain and maintain long-term relationships with her clients by anticipating their needs and offering top notch service. As Vice President Of Operations Twist2it Inc. Margaret strategically designed a plan to develop a client base through dental manufacturing companies throughout the U.S. and worked closely with the inventors of the Twist. While being introduced into the manufacturing aspect she became intrigued by the level of sophistication to which it was made and therefore paid close attention to the Q & A aspect. Using her marketing skills while in the Paint & Decorating Industry, she took over production is the design, packaging, all presentation materials, product manual, ads,and magazine placement. In a years time, through cold-calling, convention sales, emails and sample campaign programs acquired 85 dental distributors and traveled extensively to each dental company and personally trained each sales representative on the proper use and demonstration of the product. As Margaret grew the company so did the space, in 2000 the company acquired a building with a substantial on-site manufacturing and shipping department. By 2002 successfully put together a 25 person call-center and 8 outside sales representatives, by using a  commission structure specifically design with heavily laden incentive programs, which increased sales and productivity.
